My son is in Texas and was admitted to the hospital with a post op infection. I knew he might only be there for a couple days, so I made sure I ordered same day delivery. I live in California.
First I ordered a cactus dish garden, but they called to say they inly had succulents, but no cactus. The next phone call I got was that he had been discharged, and they did not deliver them. Within 1 minute I called him to confirm he was laying in the hospital in toom 422. So I call back the flowershop to tell them it was their mistake. She didn’t call while on the 4th floor of the hospital, but when she returned back to the shop. This mean’t they couldn’t deliver them that day.
I told her i wanted a refund, she said okay. It has been 5 days and my credit card has not been refunded.
