I have ordered flower arrangements from Betty's before, but never online. I received great service from Adolph who confirmed my order and explained the process. I received emails detailing the progress of my order on the day of delivery. I also received a call from Mona as the delivery driver was having problems with the delivery. Apparently the recipient of the arrangement was unavailable. After giving me an opportunity to make several contacts, Mona told me that the driver was able to find someone in the office which accepted the flowers. The flower arrangement I selected was exactly as the one pictured online. I'm most grateful however, for the care given in making this delivery.
